Sadaf File is the co-founder of File Companies and its portfolio of affiliated businesses, where she plays an integral role in shaping projects from concept through completion. Her work spans operations, interior design, market positioning, leasing strategy, and asset stabilization, reflecting a comprehensive and hands-on approach to development. Guided by a belief that thoughtful strategy, intentional design, and disciplined execution create lasting value, she remains closely involved throughout every phase of the development process.

Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Sadaf is also a psychotherapist in training, a path inspired by both personal experience and a deep commitment to helping others. As an immigrant, mental health advocacy holds particular significance for her. Her interests center on counseling, self-acceptance, challenging limiting belief systems, values-driven living, and supporting individuals in cultivating inner peace and authentic fulfillment.

Giving back to the community remains a central part of her life. She actively volunteers with organizations that support refugees and immigrants, offering mentorship and guidance to individuals building new lives in the United States. Having once arrived as a refugee herself, this work is deeply personal and reflects her enduring commitment to service and meaningful community impact.

Sadaf holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in International Business and a master’s degree in Business with a focus on Strategic Planning and Policy. She is currently pursuing advanced education in Clinical Mental and Behavioral Health.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, she most enjoys spending time with her husband, their children, extended family, and close circle of friends, who remain her greatest source of grounding, joy, and inspiration.
