Sadaf File is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Pearl Interiors and File Hospitality—subsidiaries of File Companies.
Sadaf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in International Business and a Master’s in Business Administration. She began her professional journey in 2015 by stepping into the role of Property Manager and simultaneously laid the foundation for SGM Rentals, a hospitality venture that took shape in the same year.
With an innate understanding of the transformative power of design, she later began experimenting with interior design within the hospitality sector of her business. This combined effort became known as Pearl Interiors and File Hospitality–a manifestation of creativity, innovation, and purpose.
Under Sadaf’s leadership, Pearl Interiors and File Hospitality prioritize a balance between design and function. With an ever-evolving portfolio that showcases dynamic projects, her leadership has ushered in an era of design where she redefines the essence of the space, leaving an indelible mark that is both inspiring and transformative.
