Micheal J Lam has over 27 years of construction experience.  Throughout the past 27 years Micheal Lam has performed and has fulfilled positions such as Operations specialist, Production Engineer, Superintendent, Construction Quality Control Systems Manager, Project Manager, Facility Maintenance Director of Operations and Currently hold a position as Project Manager for File Construction. He attended New Mexico State University where he studied Agriculture Mechanics and Electrical Engineering. He obtained certifications such as US Army Corp. of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors, State of NM Construction Industries Division GB98 General Contractors License, Atomic Inspection Labs AWS D1.1 Structural Steel Welding Certification, American Concrete Institute Field Testing Technician and Concrete Flat work, Occupation Safety and Health Administration 30 hr OSHA Training Course, American Red Cross First Aid, CPR & AED certification. Over the past 27 years, Mr. Lam had contributed efforts in construction management in the Construction and Support Services for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Construction and renovation of School Buildings, Police and Fire Departments facilities and modular building for the Army National Guard. Construction of $340M contract building Military Housing at Ft. Bliss, El Paso TX.,  Construction of $300M contract building Military Housing at Davis Monthan Airforce Base, Tucson AZ.;  Construction for the Battalion Headquarters at White Sands Missile Range, NM; US Forest Service Design / Build of a new Forest Station Administration Building in Magdalena, NM. and Facilities Director for the Socorro Consolidated School District.  One of Mr. Lam’s greatest accomplishments involve the completion of a $340M contract and knowing that he has provided quality homes for our US Troops.
